NOT ANOTHER ZOOM CALL!

We offer training solutions for personal and executive coaches, trainers, and teachers who are now offering virtual workshops, as well as to individuals and groups navigating the Zoom environment.

We are skilled at helping individuals and organizations collaborate successfully in the absence of physical proximity. We are well-equipped to share what we’ve learned since the shift from in-person work to online experiences.

CONTAINER CREATION

When facilitating remote, interactive workshops, we find it helpful to think in terms of creating a “container.” In other words, we want to establish a safe, empowering space where people can focus on doing the work, are willing to be open, experiment with new behaviors, and discover other ways of seeing things.

Safety is a critically important component of building a container. First and foremost, people need to feel safe so that they are free to be authentic, vulnerable, and equipped to go deeper into a meaningful dialogue.

We have found that setting group agreements at the start of an engagement is central to creating and sustaining a safe container. We guide participants in building containers for exploration by presenting relevant exercises; fostering respectful and caring connections; and making space for open, courageous, and vulnerable conversations.
